Rental Terms & Conditions

Three (3) years of minimum rental period
Four (4) months of security deposit
Stamp duty fees will be determined by the Inland Revenue Board and must be paid by the tenant

The subsequent terms and conditions are subject to the Offer Letter, Ijarah Agreement and any relevant Security Documents (if applicable)

Current property value exceeds RM500,000 as verified by PUNB’s Panel of Valuer
Type of property/building – Commercial shop lot or small industrial building
Already constructed building and has obtained Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC)

Rent-To-Own (RTO)

Rent-To-Own (RTO) is an initiative aimed at assisting bumiputera entrepreneurs in acquiring premises that are being rented to operate their business.

Eligibility Requirements

Syariah compliant businesses
The current property value exceeds RM500,000 as verified by PUNB’s Panel of Valuer
Type of property/building – Commercial shop lot or small industrial building
Already constructed building and has obtained Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC)
Available to existing tenants who have operated on the premises with a valid lease agreement (Ijarah) and good rental payment record
RTO participation for a single individual/entity and is limited to one (1) property within a specific RTO timeframe

Eligibility Requirements PUNB-Owned Properties Purchase

Existing tenant of PUNB properties and has fulfilled the property rental period of three (3) years with a good rental payment record
Available to existing premises that are presently leased by the entrepreneur and have been in operation for three (3) years
